All returns must be returned within 14 days when you received the product. All returned items must be in original condition, with the original box and labels attached.

How to Return

To return an item, you must contact us at info@microstim.eu before sending it back. Senders covers the cost of return. Place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return with DHL to the following address:

Refunds

Refunds will be issued within 30 days. A refund will be issued when the product is received and confirmed to be in its original condition.
